To enable it track and ensure timely resolution of every customer complaint, UBA has deployed the Customer Complaints Manager System (CCMS). The CCMS is a system accessible via the intranet that enables us to log, assign and track complaints made by customers at our business offices or Head Office. It is imperative that resolving customer queries promptly will lead to better service delivery to customers.
The Group Managing Director has inaugurated a Service Excellence Programme to arrest the decline and resuscitate service excellence in UBA in line with our aspiration of becoming the most customer-focused service providers in Nigeria in 12 months and in the long run, rank as the most customer-focused service provider in Nigeria
