Monrovia — Nigerian Ambassador accredited to Liberia, Ebenezer Ayodele Adigun has re-affirmed his country's support to the people of Liberia in their reconstruction drive.

Ambassador Adigun indicated that Nigeria and Liberia have come a long way over the years, and as such, nothing would obstruct their relationship with each other in the sub-region.

The Nigerian envoy made the remarks when he paid a courtesy call on the Chairman of the National Investment Commission at his Sinkor office in Monrovia.

He also assured that his country was willing to provide training for employees of the National Investment Commission in the areas of project and micro analysis to build their capacity.

He observed that for any entity to be efficient and productive, the capacity building of its employees must be the hallmark.

The Nigerian envoy commended the NIC boss for his farsightedness especially by encouraging investors into the country for the past three years.

Mr. Adidun assured that more Nigerians would come to invest in Liberia because the environment is conducive.
