Diamonds are supposed to be used to develop Zimbabwe, but the KP and PAC are trying by all means to stop that from happening. African should not be forced to believe all these lies. Five white farmers who were killed in Zimbabwe are of more value than the 50000 killed during the 1980s. The ICC specifies that crimes committed only after 2002 can be prosecuted. Therefore that tells us, that its not about the killed Ndebeles, and its not bout the 200 people who are supposed to have been killed in Marange, because they dont have evidence of that, but its about the white farmers. Watch and learn hwo these people operate, its not about democracy, its about control and supremacy, and its them that have to determine who develops and who doesn't. The fallacy of blood diamonds does not hold water and they know it. First it was about the people who were dying from Cholera, and now its about the blood diamonds and child labour and human rights at the Marange diamond fields. Please check the definition of blood diamonds, that is why they are changing the labelling of the Marange Diamonds, they are not blood diamonds, but they are sorting out a new label. Its stopping Zimbabwe from using its resources, which should be controlled by the Rothchilds or Oppenheimers not an African Government. Those are the facts. Watch and learn, and to overcome that Zimbabwe has to sale the rights to China and see how the whole story will stop immediately.

It is sad that in a continent that has produced such beauty and logic there are still the elements of continued corruption, malfeasance, and many things worse, that folks like Thuthu continue to heap praise on the destroyer of their very culture. Once Upon A Time, Robert Gabriel was not only very well educated, he took to the bush in a righteous revolution. When all was said and done, he and his family politic began the “free” government of Zimbabwe. He did many wonderful things … then he became man without God.

As with many things over recent years its sad that events like this are still taking place in Zim and even sadder that people like Thuthu are supporting them by denying their existence. How much evidence does the ICC need to indict Robert Mugabe and his cronies for their tyrannical rule?. from the massacres of the 20 000 in the 80s , to the killings of the elections in 2008 and then these human right violations at the marange diamond mines. I guess they are waiting for them to kill people live on CNN so something can be done.

Tell us another story.The KP didnt have facts and they were not there when the incidents are supposed to have happened. When reports are given, its about creating the worst picture to poush for a positive result which is favourable to those pushing an agenda. Like those hwo once told use of the WMD in Iraq. They painted a grim, deadly picture of Saddam Hussein and how he had ruled Iraq without following human rights laws. The lives of Iraqi are worse off now than before the invasion. The Haiti situation is the same, people need to learn from the past to know the influence and power of manipulation through propaganda of the media. We need to know that all propaganda is wrong, and when a leader is labelled as mad man , people will end up believing it to be true, even when its not true. As Zimbabwean we need to be wondering when the concern about the Marange Diamonds are now being considered as Blood Diamonds. When the illegal mining was going on, no-one complained, and the rural fork were being robbed by the foreigners, who were paying almost the lowest amounts for diamonds when they would have made millions out of the diamonds. I for one know what really was going on. Forget about all these killing that are supposed to have taken place. Belgians, Israelis, French and Japanese were full in Mutare, let alone the Nigerians, Senegalese, Lebanese and South African had become locals. Rubbish to all these stories, as we know the truth. Yes, we need to benefit the most out of the resources which were found thirty years ago, but only the whites were benefitting from the diamonds. Let the truth be told please, and the reason why this area was shut done. The number of white who bought land down stream are numerous and names known by the KP and PAC. But hey they are selective what they talk about and the facts are two diiferent things.

Awt, I agree with you that "the law should see no colour." In the case of Ian Smith, the Zimbabweans themselves did not press for any charges against him. As for the ICC, as you know, that only came to being in July of 2002 and by then Mugabe had gorged himself with the blood of those Zimbabweans he had killed (and continuing to do so to the present time), that there was no chance of him even mentioning the fact that Ian Smith had killed anyone before the liberation war in Zimbabwe. That was no forgiveness of Ian Smith. Mugabe knew then and knows now how guilty of murder and other atrocities against Zimbabweans he is, and that is the main reason he will cling to power at whatever cost because he knows full well what will happen to him in the end. As you have often said that with a fair election, Mugabe will be out. Then and only then will he take his last catwalk to the ICC with the help of every aggrieved Zimbabwean and other persons.

The ICC is as useless as the mad man mugape. The ICC has taken how many years depite so much evidence of murders throughout Africa to bring anyone to court? Ruwanda- 19 years? Somalia - 8 years? Zimbabwe - never. Uganda- never! West Africa (Charles Taylor) 10 years? Failed and failed and failed. Issue the warrants for Mugabe and his zanupf clan, issue the warrants for all the rest. Let them prove themselves in court to be innocent but start to get the warrants out so that Africa can see justice is being done. Dont take 10 years to think about it . DO IT Dont listen to the bleatings of South Africa or Nigeria. Lets clean up Africa! Then of course we can start on the rest of the world, because there some out there too that need to go before the ICC. Being a president doesnt make you beyond international law!!! NEVER EVER.
